[ARCHIVED] NPD arrests second man wanted in double murder

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk Police Fugitive Squad has arrested the second man wanted in connection to the double murder that happened in the 5400 block of Ashby Street on April 18, 2016.

Quedell "Que" Higgs was taken into police custody during the evening hours on May 11, 2016. Members of the NPD's Fugitive Squad successfully located Higgs in the 800 block of N. Military Highway and arrested him without incident.

Higgs' co-defendant, Kamron Sellers, was found and taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Charleston, South Carolina on April 30th. Sellers was extradited to Virginia shortly after his arrest.

Both men remain behind bars and in custody at the Norfolk City Jail.

There is no further information to release at this time.
