NORFOLK, Va. - Around 12:30 a.m. dispatchers received a call to the 800 block of Church Street for a suspicious situation. When police arrived, they found a man lying in a parking lot suffering from multiple puncture wounds. Paramedics pronounced him deceased on scene.
