[ARCHIVED] Police locate missing 79-year-old man

NORFOLK, Va. – A 79-year-old Norfolk man with dementia who was reported missing Wednesday has been found by State Police.

Benjamin Allison was reported missing Wednesday afternoon at Consulate Health Care located at 3900 Llewellyn Avenue. Troopers found Benjamin, nearly 14 miles away from the center, on the HRBT around 5:20 a.m. Thursday morning.

Detectives say he was found unharmed.
