[ARCHIVED] Police investigate shooting that left four injured


NORFOLK, Va. – Police have confirmed four people were injured following an evening shooting incident.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. Saturday evening, Norfolk dispatchers were alerted to a possible gunshot victim in the 700 block of Craig Street. When police arrived, they discovered three adults and one 17-year-old suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

All victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment and their injuries have been described as non-life threatening.

Detectives remain in the area, canvassing the neighborhood for potential leads.
