[ARCHIVED] Police investigate shooting that left four injured

NORFOLK, Va. – Police have confirmed four people were injured following an evening shooting incident.

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. Saturday evening, Norfolk dispatchers were alerted to a possible gunshot victim in the 700 block of Craig Street. When police arrived, they discovered three adults and one 17-year-old suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

All victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives remain in the area, canvassing the neighborhood for potential leads.

As the case continues its preliminary stages, no suspect description is available for release. However, police encourage anyone who may have information about this shooting to contact the Norfolk Crime Line at:
