NORFOLK, Va. - Shortly before 2:00 a.m. dispatchers received a call for an unresponsive person on the beach at 15th View Street.
When police arrived, they found a man lying on the beach with apparent gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
The man's identity will not be released until a proper Next-of-Kin notification has been made.
