NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police have confirmed the identity of the man found fatally shot in Ocean View as 39-year-old Omar Taylor.
Shortly before 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016, dispatchers received a call for an unresponsive person on the beach at 15th View Street.
When police arrived, they found a man lying on the beach with apparent gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
