NORFOLK, Va. – The missing Old Dominion University student that police have been searching for since Saturday afternoon has returned home.
Matthew Choy, 22, was reported missing from Norfolk residence on Saturday October 8, 2016 around 1 p.m. He was considered to possibly be in crisis and injured.
Shortly before 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Matthew returned home. He was taken to the hospital for treatment, and is expected to be ok.
