[ARCHIVED] Norfolk teen charged with stabbing older brother during an argument


NORFOLK, Va. – A 19-year-old is facing a malicious wounding charge after police found his older brother stabbed Wednesday afternoon.

Stefan Freeman was arrested Wednesday after police found his bother stabbed inside their residence around 1:10 p.m. in 2400 block of Middle Avenue.

The 26-year-old brother was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to be okay.

Freeman is currently held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.

Police have not released information on what started the argument that lead to the stabbing.
