NORFOLK, Va. - Around 1:30 a.m. dispatchers received a call for a gunshot victim in the 1500 block of Azalea Garden Road. When police arrived, they found 21-year-old Mike Watson lying in the street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
