[ARCHIVED] Police investigating a shooting at a Norfolk McDonald’s

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are investigating a shooting Monday evening that occurred in the parking lot of a Norfolk McDonald’s.

Around 6:10 p.m. police were called to the McDonald's located in the 400 block of St. Paul’s Boulevard for a report of a shooting.  Once police arrived they found a 22-year-old man lying in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly taken by paramedics to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for a serious, yet non-life threatening injury.  

There were no other injuries reported.
