[ARCHIVED] Police need help identifying the person using a stolen credit card

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the person seen in this surveillance photo using a stolen credit card.

According to detectives, around 6:00 p.m. on November 28, 2016, several personal items were stolen from the Food Lion parking lot located at 2401 Colley Avenue. The person captured in this surveillance picture was seen using a stolen credit card at the Bay Food Mart at 2707 Granby Street.
