[ARCHIVED] Police need help identifying the person using a stolen credit card

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the person seen in this surveillance photo using a stolen credit card.

According to detectives, around 6:00 p.m. on November 28, 2016, several personal items were stolen from a woman in the Food Lion parking lot located at 2401 Colley Avenue. The person captured in this surveillance picture was seen using one of the stolen credit cards at the Bay Food Mart at 2707 Granby Street.
