Around 9:40 p.m. Monday, police and paramedics responded to the 3200 block of Sewells Point Road for a motor vehicle accident involving a child riding a bicycle. When emergency crews arrived, they found 9-year-old Bryan Perdomo-Henriques, of the 3800 block of Peterson Street in Norfolk, lying in the street.
