NORFOLK – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will close the temporary E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 124 East Little Creek Road, Norfolk, VA 23505 #118 (next to the Book Exchange in the Wards Corner area) at 5 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018.
Sunday, January 28, 2018 also marks the final day for extended hours at two other E-ZPass Customer Service Centers: 1701 Church Street, Norfolk, VA 23504 and 4010 Victory Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23701.
All three centers are currently open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Starting Monday, January 29, 2018, the E-ZPass Customer Service Centers on Church Street in Norfolk and Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth will return to normal operating hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and closed Sundays.

VDOT opened the temporary E-ZPass Customer Service Center in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk and extended hours at two additional locations in anticipation of the 64 Express Lanes launch earlier this month.
