NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man found dead outside his home Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 9:35 a.m., police were dispatched to a gunshot disturbance in the 700 block of C Avenue. When officers arrived, they found 52-year-old William James White, Jr. of Norfolk, deceased outside the residence.
