NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man found shot and killed outside his home Wednesday morning, as 52-year-old William James White, Jr.
Shortly after 9:35 a.m., police were dispatched to the 700 block of C Avenue for a gunshot disturbance. When officers arrived, they found William J. White, of Norfolk, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
