NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the person seen in these surveillance photos using a stolen credit card at a 7-Eleven convenience store.
According to detectives, on Sunday the man pictured above used a stolen credit card to make a purchase. The credit card had been reportedly stolen during a commercial burglary earlier in the day.
