[ARCHIVED] Police searching for missing college student

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) -  Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a missing 18-year-old college student who has been missing since Monday afternoon.

Achie Swett was last seen outside Tidewater Community College’s student center in downtown Norfolk around 11:30 a.m.

Swett, an Asian woman, is around 5’3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a dark zip-up jacket and dark pants.

Detectives say Swett made threats to harm herself and could be in danger.
