NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives have arrested a man after receiving a crime line tip who was wanted for a commercial burglary and using a stolen credit card.

On Tuesday, Norfolk police released surveillance photos of a man who used a stolen credit card at a local 7-Eleven. That card was taken during a commercial burglary earlier that day.

On Wednesday, detectives received a crime line tip regarding the identity of the man. Shortly thereafter, police arrested 42-year-old Gerardo Santana of the 5800 block of Frament Avenue in Norfolk.

Santana has been charged with burglary and two counts of larceny.

As always, if you have a tip that could help solve a crime, police encourage you to contact the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3Tips mobile app.
