NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A single car crash has sent one adult man and three children to area hospitals this afternoon.
Around 2:45 p.m. police were called to the 400 block of E. Little Creek Road for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. When police and Fire-Rescue arrived, they found a four-door Dodge Stratus with four occupants had struck a power pole.
Medics immediately transported three children to Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. The driver, an adult man, was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. One child and the driver are considered to have life-threatening injuries. The two other children are expected to survive.
The circumstances surrounding this accident are being investigated by Norfolk Police Fatality Team.
