The City of Norfolk is seeking public input during the development of the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Action Plan for the Chesapeake Bay. A TMDL is a “pollution diet” that sets maximum amounts of pollutants that a waterway can receive without violating water quality standards.
Public comments for the TMDL Action Plan may be sent during the period of May 4, 2018 to May 25, 2018 via e-mail to
