NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police Fugitive Detectives along with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested a wanted murder fugitive Wednesday afternoon in connection with a homicide that occurred on April 11, 2018.
Mitchell R. Grice, 39, of the 1000 block of Atlantis Drive was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 1400 North Military Highway. Grice was wanted for second degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the fatal shooting of Robert T. Lucas III in the 200 block of Nicholson Street.
Grice was taken into custody without incident.
