Four shelters will remain open.

The City of Norfolk will close the shelter at Berkley Community Center at 3pm today.  Four shelters will remain open.  Those include:
  • Bayview Community Center (pet-friendly)
  • Southside STEM Academy
  • Crossroads Elementary School
  • Norview High School
