NORFOLK, VA – Recovery has a new home! Norfolk Community Services Board will hold a grand opening of their Peer Recovery Drop in Center (PRDC) at 7460 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk VA, 23505 on October 5th, 2018 at 3:00 pm. The PRDC offers peer-led, non-clinical services. Guests will have access to whole health education, self-help programs, and social life skills, referral and access to other resources are available. The new PRDC will provide a warm, safe and inviting place for our community residents to come relax and learn.
The PRDC is fully peer staffed and will open for regular business on Saturday, October 6th from 9 am to 3 pm. Normal operating hours will be Fridays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
