[ARCHIVED] Norfolk’s One-of-a-Kind, Victorian-Era Themed 5K Race Supports Cemetery Conservation

From Here to Eternity Twilight 5K Run-Walk is Saturday, October 20th at 5:00 p.m. at West Point Cemetery located through Elmwood Cemetery 238 E. Princess Anne Road.

NORFOLK, VA –  Enjoy a Saturday sunset with a walk or run through Norfolk’s historic West Point Cemetery.  From Here to Eternity Twilight 5K Run-Walk is Saturday, October 20th at 5:00 p.m. at West Point Cemetery located through Elmwood Cemetery 238 E. Princess Anne Road. 
 
Check-in and registration are from 3:30-4:30 p.m. This is a family and pet-friendly event.  Participants are encouraged to dress in their best Victorian-era or Steampunk-themed clothing.  Costume contest is at 4:00 p.m. 
 
Early registration is $35 for adults and $20 for children.  On-site registration is $50 for adults and $30 for children.  All the proceeds support the preservation of Norfolk’s eight historic cemeteries.   The fee includes a finisher medal for each participant, race shirt, post-race snack bag and drinks.
