[ARCHIVED] Man suffers life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in Ocean View

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A stabbing in Ocean View Sunday morning left a man seriously injured.

Around 10:15 a.m., police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 9500 block of 5th Bay Street. When first responders arrived, they located a 32-year-old man outside suffering from several stab wounds.

The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment. His injuries are considered life-threatening.

Detectives have not released any suspect information or the circumstances surrounding this incident; however, they ask anyone with information to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3Tips mobile app.
