NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have charged two adults and one juvenile in connection with a stabbing that sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries Sunday Morning.
Andre H. Norman, 36, of Chesapeake and a 13-year-old boy was charged with aggravated malicious wounding.
43-year-old Kevin Sykes, of the 9500 block of 5th Bay Street, was charged with accessory after the fact.
The charges stem from a dispute that occurred around 10:15 Sunday morning in the 9500 block of 5th Bay Street. When police arrived at the scene, they located a 32-year-old man outside suffering from several stab wounds.
The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment. His injuries are considered life-threatening.
Norman and Sykes are currently being held in the Norfolk City and the juvenile, whose name is withheld, is currently being held in the Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center.
