The recycling market is not as robust as it once was and shows no sign of improving any time soon. This is a national problem; countries like China have put in place tougher, more restrictive regulations on recycling.
With your help, the City of Norfolk is committed to bolstering our efforts and encouraging our residents to reuse, minimize and prevent waste.
