NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A Portsmouth man has been charged with concealed weapon as a result of the West 43rd Street homicide investigation.
During the course of the homicide investigation, Jerry C. Spady, 22, of the 3700 block of Town Point Road in Portsmouth, was charged with possession of a concealed weapon on March 22, 2019. However, detectives have not released how the charges are related to the incident.
Spady is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
