GETTING HERE
People travel from all over the world to see the Tattoo! To find the best route to Downtown Norfolk (even if you know the way)
download the Waze app here and it will help you arrive on time and stress free!
WHERE TO PARK
Lots of parking available nearby!
Disabled access parking in the Scope Garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When the garage is full, cars will be directed to the Bank Street garage after dropping off disabled passengers.
Please also be advised that the left hand turn lane into the Scope Garage from St. Paul’s Boulevard is blocked off several hours before large events. We recommend arriving early or parking at a garage further away and riding over on The Tide.
RIDE THE TIDE
Scope Arena is easily accessible via
The Tide light rail, which conveniently runs from Newton Road, with multiple stops throughout Downtown Norfolk. The Monticello Station, is located in the center of Monticello Avenue near Charlotte Street and Freemason Street in front of the Wells Fargo Center, across from the Scope Plaza.
