[ARCHIVED] Police need help identifying a man involved in a commercial robbery

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in connection with a robbery at a 7-Eleven yesterday.

On October 23, 2019, shortly after 7:00 a.m., a man entered the 7-Eleven located at 1200 Monticello Avenue, implied he had a gun and demanded money from the employee. The store clerk complied with his demands and he fled the area prior to police arriving.

7-11The suspect is described as a black man, around 5 feet 8 inches tall with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark blue sweatshirt, light blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
