NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate the death of 25-year-old Evan Franklin, of Portsmouth, as an undetermined death.
Around 8:30 a.m. on September 23, 2020 police were dispatched to 315 Colley Avenue for the report of an undetermined death. When officers arrived, they located Franklin who was unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner will provide the official manner and cause of death.
