NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives and the Fire Marshals Office are working together to investigate the undetermined death of a 31-year-old Norfolk woman.
On December 20, 2020 shortly before 8:30 p.m. dispatch received a medical call in the 1700 block of Greenleaf Drive. When first responders arrived, they located an unresponsive woman. The woman, later identified as Ariel Cherry, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the official manner and cause of death.
Detectives are not looking for any suspects, and there is no foul play suspected.
