NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are investigating a shooting that left a 20-year-old woman dead early Monday morning.
Around 2:40 a.m., police were dispatched to the 2800 block of E. Princess Anne Road for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they located Shakiya N. Johnson, of Virginia Beach, in an SUV that had crashed into a pole.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives have not released a motive or suspect information surrounding this incident.
