NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are continuing to investigate last night’s homicide on W. 28th Street.
Around 11:05 p.m., on August 26, 2021, police responded to the 400 block of W. 28th Street for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they located Raymond L. Hayes, 58, of Norfolk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Hayes was pronounced deceased at the scene.
