October is Norfolk Visual Arts Month

NORFOLK, VA – Watch your step!  Poetry is popping up on sidewalks throughout the city.  The 8th annual Norfolk Visual Arts Month began October 1 with the unveiling of a poem by Blair Middle School student Shaaron Hernandez Chamul. The Poetry on the Pavement project will continue throughout the month with the stenciling of 25 select poems by 20 authors who live, work or attend school in Norfolk.
