[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police identify driver killed following crash on E. Princess Anne Road

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police are continuing to investigate the fatal crash Saturday morning that left a man dead.

On October 30, 2021, shortly before 2 a.m., Officers responded to the 1500 block of E. Princess Anne Road for the report of a single vehicle accident. When police arrived, they located the driver of the vehicle who was suffering from life-threatening injuries. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The driver has been identified as Jose Andres Pichardo Reinoso, 26, of Norfolk.  

This investigation is still ongoing; however, Investigators believe speed to be a contributing factor.
