NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man who was killed Wednesday evening on Azalea Garden Road.
On November 17, 2021, around 9:05 p.m. Officers were dispatched to 2727 block of Azalea Garden Road for the report of a gunshot victim. When police arrived, they found Jessie L. Taylor, 41, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Taylor was pronounced deceased at the scene.
