[ARCHIVED] Man critically injured following shooting on 2nd Bay Street

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate an overnight shooting that has left a man with serious injuries.

On November 18, 2021, around 10:00 p.m., dispatchers received a call for a gunshot disturbance in the 9600 block of 2nd Bay Street. When officers arrived on-scene they located a 22-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was transported to the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with life-threatening injuries where he remains in critical but stable condition.
