NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives need help locating missing 47-year-old Bryant Osborne, of Norfolk, who was last seen on November 7, 2021.
Osborne is approximately 5’7” and 180 pounds; he is known to frequent the area surrounding Gosnold Avenue.
Osborne suffers from mental health issues, and police encourage anyone who has information about his whereabouts, to please call 911.
