[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police identify homicide victim

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a homicide after the body of a man was found in a home in the 3000 block of Sewells Point Road.

While assisting another law enforcement agency, Norfolk Officers found the man suffering from life-threatening injuries around 3:35 p.m., on March 28, 2022. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The man has since been identified as Downing D. Mclean, 32, of Virginia Beach.
