NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Keith L. Anderson, who was last seen on January 29th at Norfolk State University.
Anderson is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighing around 300 pounds.
Anderson has not been in contact with his family and detectives are concerned for his safety.
