NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for help to locate 79-year-old Hazel L. Williams, who was last seen in the 900 block of Scott Street around 2:30 p.m. on February 14, 2023.
Williams is approximately 5-feet-4-inches tall, 140 pounds, with short white hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a floppy brimmed hat, burgundy shirt, black leather jacket, tan pants, and black boots.
It is believed that Williams suffers from dementia and is in need of medical assistance.
Investigators say she might be located in the City of Chesapeake.
Anyone who has seen her is asked to please call 911.
