NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have arrested a man in connection to a commercial burglary at Military Circle Mall.
It was reported to police on July 5th, that two men had entered the property located at 880 N. Military Highway and caused damage while removing the copper pipes.
During their investigation, Detectives obtained security footage that showed the men entering the location.
As a result of their investigation, Kenneth T. Parker, 34, has been arrested and charged with two counts of breaking & entering, grand larceny, destruction of property, and possession of burglary tools.
