NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A husband and wife have been arrested for an assault that left a man dead.
On August 11, 2023, around 6:40 p.m., police were dispatched to an apartment in the 700 block of Mariners Way for the report of a death. When officers arrived, they found 45-year-old Jose Moreno deceased inside of an apartment.
As a result of the investigation, James C. Lynch, 50, and Kristie M. Lynch, 43, were arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder.
James and Kristie Lynch are currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
