City Council returns from recess on Tuesday, August 29. Informal session begins at 3:30 and formal session begins at 6. City Council meetings are open to the public. A citizen who wishes to address Council concerning an agenda item or new business must register to speak with the City Clerk by 3:00 pm the day of the meeting.
