NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Detectives are asking for your help identifying a woman who damaged property in the Downtown Norfolk area with a vehicle.
On September 12, 2023, between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. a woman was driving in a vehicle when she caused property damage in the 400 block of Boush Street.
