Early voting continues and satellite locations are also available for Norfolk voters. Early Voting is offered Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Office of Elections located at Norfolk City Hall, 810 Union St. Saturday hours are available Oct. 28 and Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last day to vote early for the Nov. 7 General Election is Nov. 4.
