NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police have arrested a 44-year-old man following a stabbing on N Military Highway that left another man injured.
Around 3:25 p.m., on April 13, 2024, officers responded to the 800 block of N Military Highway for the report of an stabbing victim. When first responders arrived, they found a 25-year-old man suffering from life-threatening injuries.
The man was taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
As a result of the investigation, Detectives have charged Ramont Jackson, 44, of Virginia Beach, with malicious wounding.
Jackson was taken into custody on April 20, 2024, around 1:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of N Military Highway and is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
He is also facing additional charges unrelated to this incident.
